Backgammon rules in one minute
Each player has 15 checkers and moves them around the 24 points of the board, following the dice. The first player to bring all 15 checkers home and bear them off wins.
- Doubles: rolling the same number twice lets you move four times
- Hitting: landing on a point with a single enemy checker sends it to the bar
- Entering: a checker on the bar must come back in before any other move
- Bearing off: once all your checkers are home you can take them off the board
